Professional Rehabilitation Services
- Active Life's primary focus is to ensure that our residents receive quality service.
- We are publishing a quarterly patient satisfaction survey based on surveys collected from patients in our facilities. According to our surveys, approximately 90% of residents treated by an Active Life Rehab Team said that Active Life made a difference in their lives and increased their independence and quality of life.
- We measure our success
-
Active life's success as a leading rehabilitation company is due to low turn-over among therapists (less than 10% overall). Active life is known for its low use of Traveling therapists (less than 5%) and no use of registry. Active Life is a member of CAHF and we belong to a number of Assisted Living Networking Groups and are involved in local Assisted Living Associations. We are involved with the Glenner Family as a Donor and as Volunteer help, and have recently become involved with Project Phoenix Rising.
